We empower individuals and families to step into a life of new possibilities, hope and meaning.

Welcome, we're so glad you're here.

From time to time, we ALL need help. We need someone to journey with us, to support us, or to help us uncover our inner strength and wisdom. Often we embark on this journey with a desire - a desire to heal ourselves, find answers to questions, discover solutions to problems, love ourselves more, or continue to grow and find meaning and purpose in our lives.

(And, if we’re honest, more often than not, by the time someone ends up on this site, the sh** has hit the fan, life feels bloody tough, and we’re in desparate need of change…)

Be it as it may, we just can’t do it on our own, even if we have wonderful support from loved ones... We need a trained professional we can relate to, who has the necessary academic qualifications, professional and lived experience, and passion and grit to effectively assist us.

We also need courage. It takes great courage to reach out and ask for help. Not a day goes by where we don’t feel honoured and grateful for being able to support our clients, and we will never stop admiring each and every person who takes the first step towards a life of meaning, hope and love.

There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.

- Nelson Mandela

Your mental health matters to us

Our mental and emotional state has a profound impact on every aspect of our lives. It influences the quality of our relationships, our success at work or in our studies, and has an effect on our physical health too.

Our mental health determines how we view ourselves, how well we cope with stress and challenging circumstances, and whether or not we’re able to live a life of peace, meaning and fulfillment.

We believe we can all lead meaningful and fulfilling lives - despite our past experiences, abilities, diagnoses or age.

This is why we are passionate about finding solutions and obtaining the best outcomes for our clients.

It is this passion that led us to follow a more progressive and effective approach in our treatment of various mental and emotional challenges.

We're passionate about your wellbeing

Why our approach is different

We don’t just want to alleviate people’s suffering, we want to see them flourish. It is our mission to help our clients uncover the purpose in, and the significance of their lives.

Our progressive approach utilises the latest advances in the fields of neuroscience and psychology, and creatively combines a range of evidence-based interventions designed specifically around each client’s needs and goals.

It's this individualised approach that empowers our clients to step into a future of new possibilities, hope and meaning, and enables them to live the life they deserve.

I can’t express enough how much of a difference Emma’s visits to you have made. She is a different girl!

We tried a number of other counsellors before seeing you - all with little effect.

Eight sessions with you and we now have a happy, resilient child, comfortable in her own skin and fully capable of dealing with the pressures of modern life faced by teenagers in the 21st century.

Thank you so much Rykie!
