I have spent time in the corporate world. Not observing it from a distance - working inside it, at a national level, under the kind of pressure that does not stop when you leave the building.

I understand that world because I have lived in it, and I left it with a clear understanding of what sustained professional pressure does to people over time - long before anyone names it as a problem.

Burnout misread as a productivity issue. Conflict misread as a communication gap. Leaders running on patterns formed decades before their first boardroom - and no one in the building equipped to recognise it, let alone address it properly.

These are not fixed with another resilience framework or a team-building day. They are physiological, relational and deeply patterned. They require someone who understands that - and who can work at the level where they actually originate.

What I bring to organisations is something genuinely rare: the clinical depth to understand what is actually driving the performance, the conflict and the cost - combined with the corporate experience to meet leaders and organisations exactly where they are, without needing anything translated.

Topics include the neuroscience of performance under pressure, the physiology of burnout, trauma-informed leadership, psychological safety and the science of human flourishing.

One-to-one work with leaders who want to understand themselves more deeply - what drives them, what limits them, and what becomes possible when that ceiling lifts. This is not coaching in the conventional sense. It has more depth, more rigour, and results that last because they come from genuine understanding rather than technique.

Immersive experiences for leadership teams and organisations. These are not team-building exercises. They are carefully designed encounters that combine clinical depth with expressive and creative methodologies to reach what a workshop or a consultant's report cannot. Each retreat is built entirely around the organisation, the team and the moment.

Bespoke Consulting

For organisations navigating specific human challenges - culture breakdown, leadership transition, post-crisis recovery, sustained burnout. I work with a small number of organisations at a time, with genuine depth and genuine commitment to outcomes.
