FOR INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES

Something in you already knows there is more available than this.

Most clients who find their way here are not falling apart
- at least not on the outside.

They are intelligent, self-aware, often remarkably capable. They have thought carefully about what is wrong. Some have had therapy before - sometimes for years. They have tried.

What brings them here is not a lack of insight or effort. It is the recognition that insight and effort, on their own, are not enough.

That something deeper needs to be reached. Something that lives not in the thinking mind but in the body, in the patterns formed long before there were words for any of it.

That is exactly where this work begins.

MY APPROACH

Not just talking about it.

Moving on from it.

My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with expressive arts therapy. I draw on current research in trauma neuroscience, epigenetics and adverse childhood experiences. I work with the body as well as the mind - because that is where the real patterns live, and where lasting change becomes possible.

This is not a protocol applied to a problem. It is a genuinely responsive, deeply attentive way of working that shapes itself around each person. What I bring is both clinical rigour and the capacity to work at the level where something actually shifts - not just settles.

Expressive arts therapy is a core part of this work. It is not about being creative or making things. It is a clinical methodology that reaches what purely verbal approaches sometimes cannot - the parts of a person that have not yet found language. For many people, this is what finally moves something that has been stuck for a very long time.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The clients I work with.

Adults navigating complex terrain - childhood trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, severe anxiety, depression, burnout, the long reach of early experiences into adult relationships and identity.

People who have been high-functioning for years while carrying something that has never properly healed. People who sense that they are capable of more than they currently have access to.

I also work with couples - not simply when a relationship is difficult, but when the difficulty has roots that run deeper than the relationship itself. When what goes wrong between two people is actually about what each of them carries individually. That is a very different kind of work, and it requires someone who understands the territory.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Practical information.

Sessions are available in person in Wangaratta and online via secure video for clients throughout Australia. I am not currently available to clients based in the USA or Canada.

I work with privately paying individuals, selected NDIS participants with psychosocial disability, and clients referred by government agencies and allied health networks.

The first step is a conversation - no commitment required, no form to fill in before we speak. Just a chance to find out whether this is the right fit.
