Wellness seeks more than the absence of illness; it searches for new levels of excellence. Beyond any disease-free neutral point, wellness dedicates its efforts to our total well-being - in body, mind, and spirit. Greg Anderson

"Humans are not ideally set up

to understand logic
they are ideally set up

to understand stories…

In the end all we have

are stories

and methods of finding and using those stories."

- Roger Schank -

Each of us have our own unique, and often unconscious, worldview shaped by our individual, group and societal experiences and memories. These experiences and memories become the stories by which we live our lives and interpret the world around us.

These stories guide the choices we make, stimulate responses to our circumstances and, ultimately, determine the quality of our lives.

When we uncover and understand the stories that guide us, we gain the freedom and power to discard of beliefs that no longer serve us; we become able to reinterpret, rewrite or reconstruct our stories so that we are empowered to live meaningful lives.

Through a creative marriage of psychology with multimodal arts and other creative processes we can identify and reconstruct our limiting beliefs and embark on a path towards meaning and wellbeing.

I view the “wellbeing journey” as a unique pursuit, individual to each “traveller”, and also as exactly that - a journey. As we travel we might experience peaks and valleys, or travel at a slower pace than we anticipated or take an accidental detour. But being on a journey implies that we move forward as opposed to staying stuck or settling in one place. The journey enables the imagining of new possibilities, the changing of our realities and the attainment of a meaningful life.

My greatest joy is to assist clients on their individual and uniquely crafted journey towards new possibilities, meaning and wellbeing, and to empower them to live

"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing:
the last of the human freedoms
- to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way."
